Frequently Asked Questions
- What happens if a unit does not meet the reserve?
If an auction closes and the reserve is not met, the unit could go to a public sale
at the storing dealer location; it could move through another remarketing channel,
or it may be listed on the website at a later date.
- Will you ship the unit to me?
All units are sold "Where Is/As Is" and the buyer is responsible for shipping or
picking up the unit at the storing dealer location.
- Why is there not a flash buy on this auction?
Auctions without a flash buy generally, but not always, are repossessed items and
the title has not yet been cleared.
- What does "reserve not met" mean?
All auctions have a reserve price unless stated otherwise, and the units will not
sell on the auction site until the reserve amount has been met.
- How do you want to receive payment?
Approved financing with us, personal check, money order, cashiers check, bank certified
funds, wire transfer or pay with a check over the phone.
- How long do I have to pick this unit up?
All units are sold "Where Is/As Is" and the purchaser is responsible for contacting
the dealer to see how long they have before they are required to move the unit.
- Do you have a certain tractor?
If we do not have the model number for the make that interests you, click on "My
Watches" and input the criteria for the tractor that does interest you. The auction
site will email you when we have that make and model available.
- Can you tell me what the reserve on this unit is?
The reserve amount is not disclosed to bidders. If you know the amount you are willing
to bid on an asset, the auction site will allow you to place a proxy bid. This bid
allows the auction system to bid on your behalf up to your proxy bid.
